wtf? i have one of these and ive never been to moscow????????

it was definately a hot loot item in it's time but now its easy to get loot that is 2X this strong and giftable so moscow is pretty obsolete. Maybe they will bring it back at some point and give even stronger loot. That would be cool, and allow for the lethal fighting where u can deal 75 damage and take nothing each hit

There was a point at which these were the strongest weapon you could get from a mission drop (defensively). That honor has now gone to the Titanium Katar, from episode 7 of Bangkok. As such, while it is still a nice weapon to have some of, it is not the weapon to spam your missions for any longer.

You can provide each of this items to every single one of your mafia. E.g. you have 29 and have 29 mafias, you can use 29 of them. If you have 501 of these and 501 mafias, you can use 501 of this.

Heroflares you have to have at least one. i have 29 of these. Is there any benefit of having much more?

i got 56 of them and there a decent bulk of my defense not the best but along with that 92 klyk-9 machine guns along with all high powered defense weapons these little blades come in handy
