The Weapons Depot was introduced on April 8, 2010 as the second non-cash generating property in New York / Manhattan. Since then, numerous changes have been made.

On May 25, 2010 the Weapon Parts produced at the Weapons Depot as well as the parts required for producing items were increased threefold.
Since May 31, 2010 you can use reward points to lower the time left to build a weapon.
On September 29, 2010, five new weapons were added - Dirty Trick, Electric Prod, Hack Blade, Pair of Stun Knuckles and Wasper Knife
On November 24, 2010, Smokin' Double Barrels introduced five new weapons. Predator Minigun and Lock and Stock were added on a limited time basis, requiring giftable Gun Barrel parts to build. Blazing Santoku, Double Dare and Need a Jump? were added for a longer time.

ProductionEdit

Every day, you are allowed to collect some Weapon Parts from your Weapons Depot. Weapons depot weapons are on a timer for the common, uncommon & rare. Since you never know which one you will get I use this reference: Every minute the weapon you will get changes randomly, it doesn't go in order. So don't expect the emp bomb after you just got the deadly flamethrower. Use the reference sheet made by ceege228 to figure out what weapon you'll get next. The last weapon you got from random common, uncommon or rare you will have a slim chance of getting that weapon again the odds are of getting the same weapon from random drop are these: common:1/8 uncommon:1/8 rare:1/12 but that doesn't mean you won't get the same weapon again trust me I kept getting the brm-38 every time I made a weapon from the uncommon, but if you don't want to make the same mistake I did don't always make the same weapon switch it around & make a random weapon don't do the same random weapon drop every time. On the opening day in Facebook, the Weapons Depot was known to also give Harpoon Cannon and Chop Shop common drops including the ATV, Ronin Motorcycle and CM Dragon.
~~You must be Level 15 or above before you can get your Weapons Depot.~~ It appears that you may now Build your Weapons Depot BEFORE Level 15!

Is this same for everyone? For level 15 Weapon Depot, I can collect 90 Weapon Parts when I use the collect botton under Home where you can collet profits from all the locations. However, I can only get 45 parts if I use the collect botton in New York property screen. On contrary, I can never get "Precious Collection" stones if I use the collect button in Home. I must go to Brazil property to claim some.

The drop rate of these required items seems to have decreased over time. Don't know why.

Special parts should be made giftable it is too hard for me to get 24 special parts daily(15 for chop shop and 9 for hack blade) i could get 14 defense points and 1 attack daily from these properties but i get only 12 defense and 1 attack

im using Robber's Utility Belt (+6 stam) to build up my stamina, not building the others, in chop shop i build the car for +6 energy and in armory i build the suit for +10 health, then i can put all the skill points into atk and def, anyone else doing that?

i don't use my armory parts to build items. i save my armor parts to trade with other people since theyre so in demand. with weapon and car parts, i build stamina items which gives me 12 stamina a day. other skill points obtain from leveling up are allocated to atk and def :)

i do it a bit differently, hack blade +6 DEF, power armor +2stamina+2energy and +6energy/+6stamina from chop shop. health is getting useless for me.

Maybe I'm missing somerthing but I'm not sure I want to do it this way. A Big Horned Sheep will give +38 Defense for my Total Mafia Strength. Which is used in fights. Why would I build a lesser item only to build up my energy and stamia when, in the end, all i would get is 5 skill points when leveling to raise my "personal skill A/D" when fighting? It would take me leveling over 5x's to get a +38 to use i fights. Anyone care to explain how Marko way is better. Thanks for you help. Denise

wikia contributor loot stats will constantly change. every so often there will be a better item for ppl to loot. But stats are forever, because you never loose them, and they build up.

+5 personal attack = +100 weapons attack, that's why I build the railguns, and don't worry about the loot as much.

Chop Shop per 18 hour cycle: Solar Flare produce +6energy (need solar panel from fighting) p.s.->by input +6energy from solar flare->thus one is free to input up to +6pts towards attackk/defense points-full scalar flexibility here is especially nice. (thus as a result energy balance is maintained every-18hr. cycle)

There are 40-18hr. cycles in a month(30x24/18=40), thus 40 times 6 equals 240pts that can be assigned as attack.or.defense-skill.points.

Don't be fooled w/ the level 15 item...combined stats mean nothing in fight calculation. Atk uses only atk stats of best 501 and same w/ def...now that Vegas items are giftable which have better atk or def stats than what you see at the weapon depot...i would stick to building the level 13/14 weapons b/c of the +6 def or +6 atk bonus. Level 15 has +4 skill points...so what! You get +5 free skill points just for leveling...so i am fine w/ being locked into +6 atk or +6 def

Combined stats mean a lot when you are already full on best giftable attack and defense loot.
Combined stats are used in Tournaments and best 501 items in terms of combined stats are used.
I prefer +6 atk/def but Lv 15 weapon can be beneficial to energy players who can put these skill points somewhere else and can use tournaments to level up at times.

That didn't make sense! For a player to get 501 items would indicate the player would need to burn 12 RP each time he/she wanted to build that item...most likely the slot machine winners and/or credit card players...For regular players like myself....i could have 7, 500 special parts but i would be limited to building only 1 item each (daily basis) from chop shop and weapon depot...
