A million jobs, fights & heists later I end up with a ton of EVERY loot item BUT the Viva Las Vegas... just a little pissed! Remind me to thank Zynga for "fixing" the loot dropping issue

got it from 11 eng Hitman job. As someone that has 3000 butterfly knives from past looting wastes of times, I'd recommend staying away from the low energy jobs on the vegas drops.

Mine didnt pop up either but i just got it and completed the collection. The punisher didnt pop up either. Got it on Rob an Electronics store job!

FINALY GOT IT after a day of wasting my energy and time on small jobs 2 energy 2 experiance i cracked it and thought it is just another bull@#$ way for zynga to make money so i stoped but not before blowing almost 2000 energy i clicked on Blackmail the District Attorney and with a couple of clikcs i got it here is proof http://www.pusafan.net/my_mw_page.htm hope this helps

I just got mine doing dispose of a body consigliere. Personally I don't like the lesser jobs because I suspect they have lower drop rates, but I only suspect that, could be wrong. But dispose of a body is 22 energy, should be able to do it a lot before a level.

just spent over 100 rps and normal energy looking had 17 items total when started and now have 46 items and never found this item. F*@K this even spent like $20 real cash and cant even finish 1 collection

Where were any of you when the item dropped? Thought maybe if I zeroed in on one of the places, NY or Cuba or Moscow or Bangkok, I might have an easier time finding one, because I have been trying since day one and still nothing...
