This is very rarely found while fighting, but I get it every 5 or 6 turns when clearing robbing boards. It's quite common, although it's very powerful.

ok, i'm starting to get a bit frustrated about this.. i've won 20k fights since the new fight loot came and haven't got a single one of these fine vehicles.. haven't got the frog either. 99 / 100 opponents are 501 mafia, so basically, all i attack is people with 501. are this vehicle and the golden frog über rare compared to the armor and blades?

No, this item shows up in the 'fight rewards' for other cities as well (i have looted new fight items from other locations myself)

Fought 700 times in Italy and I haven't even looted one. Am I just unlucky? I do have the Toxic Gas Scrubber though.
The car is based on a 360 Challenge Stradale, by the way.
