i just do the electronic store, then u have a chance of getting either the phone or the computer, and if ur unlucky u get the other phone.... lol

I don't know what I hate the most: the untraceable cell phones or the computer set ups!
the cell phones u can get from a job in Moscow. But the computer set ups.... can ONLY be received in NY, and is a one out of three possible loots.
Thank god I am almost done!

@ July 5 - Tedious means time consuming and tiresome.
This tier is aggravating; 184 untraceable cell phones? I get untraceable cell phones maybe once out of every ten times I rob the electronics store :(

The "order a hit on a public official" is NOT the best experience, because you need the cell phones, and you spend energy trying to get those.
The best experience is "ambush a rival at sir down".

I'm stuck on mastery level 1 and I leveled all of the rest including boss level 3. why won't it give me the option to level 2 & 3 on underboss????
