Why is Mafia Wars still promoting this? The stamina refills haven't worked for a long time.

Stamina Refills are still working with Treasure Isle if you use the link that is provided. Or if you look in the top toolbar every once in a while you'll see the Tiki Mask which you can click on to go to Treasure Isle for the Refill.

I used my bookmarked link (I didn't like clicking around until it popped up) and didn't get a refill. That's pretty conclusive, I think, but it only takes one guy making it work for me to be wrong.

Stamina refill = robberies or fights = experience points. This and the Zynga tool bar are easy ways to gain quick points. And the daily mobile pays off well too.
