In order to unlock District 6 for everyone, all players have to work together to get 30 million clicks on the job.
You can only do the job once every 24 hours.

The energy needed may change according to player level. The EXP/Energy ratio usually ranges from 2:1 to 2.17:1.

The maximum energy cost of the community job is 200. The maximum experience gain is 400.

The community job was completed on August 20, 2010 at approx. 5pm PST.

damn my gold mastery went to dissapear it showed me you have defeated the bros with some of the jobs done in ruby mastery and in my achievements it said 3 out of 8 not 2/8 like i got stupid bug

I mastered all jobs on ruby level in The Upper Strip,Energy path.But when i come to Boss and i press attack it says "You have already defeated Leon and Marcus Hill." Should i master other paths or what ,cuz i didnt defeat them on ruby level for sure and of course i dont have Set of Hill's Heavy Weapons???

No it doesn't. It hardly takes any time, try doing the fight jobs where it costs 120 stamina for just 2% job mastery and thats only if you win the fight.

Yes, and The Upper Strip is the worst stage where it comes to money, too. 2 Jobs where you spend 5,900 and 9,400, huge equipment costs (8 Millions for "Infiltrate the Hill Resort" Job), and so on

why i only make 400 more or less of damge when i have over 1K of attack? another thing time to defeat the boss over 5 hrs time to ask for help again 24hrs? whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?

It is incorrect to say that the Hill Bros at ruby level have 40,000 health for every player. When I fought them they had 18,800. Of course I was at level 504 and the founders/admins of this site are probably level 1,000+. So I can see how they would be facing a 40,000 health boss. Oh and I was recently attacked by level 10,102 player. I didn't know that it was possible to get so high. Did the person replay the cities over and over again? I'm guessing that when I am finished with Moscow, Vegas, Italy and Bangkok I will probably reach level 700. But level 10,000+? Hmm, I'm guessing that is not possible. Oh and I found out that I am the only one in my mafia that is able to fight the boss in Vegas and still be able to complete the other paths. Like In Italy, my friends cannot complete all paths (energy, social, fight) if a Vegas boss is defeated. At first I was going to email Zynga about this glitch in my program, but since I don't have anything better to do I decided to go heavy on stamina and complete the fight paths.

energy/stamia/health ranges vary from lvl but we cant put all the different ranges on here plus its not always us (admins) that update the wiki since there are alot of people who finish jobs faster then others.
for the lvl 10,102 player: you can get as high as you can since there is no lvl cap. i've seen in other games ppl having lvls near 100,000 so im sure there are ppl out there in MW over 10,000
for vegas you need to do all paths (energy + fight + social) to fight the boss but they changed that for italy so you need to complete 1 path leading to the boss though you can choose to do all the paths before fighting the boss

These guys are unbelievable! I get halfway through beating them and they get health back! Why? And I lose 1/3 health each time I get hit, too! (195 health)

OMG! The brothers keep regenerating all the time in ruby level. :( I tried twice this week - busted 500+ stamina and nothing. As soon as the get down to bout 32k the regenerate!

You got: V$246,200 and 1110 for taking down Leon and Marcus Hill. You also got Hill's Heavy Weapons.
whohoo finaly =) im lvl 520 743atk 250health 500def took me 21 blow... used up 420stamina, no cumsumables and healed in bankok since its cheaper and when you done whit properties bath are useless.. not like NY that has no lmit in upgrades..and have crasy money acheivement

Energy Cost vs Drop rate:
I think that purposely NOT leveling to Ruby level on this tier gives you much more chances at epic loot plus not to mention the addition of collection pieces. The energy requirement is high. I leveled to silver only and repeat jobs on this tier at lower energy costs and Otto seems to drop often. Once you level there is no going back. Just my thoughts.

Not if you have an energy account. When I finally got to ruby level, I noticed that the exp/energy ratios have increased beyond 2 for many jobs, allowing me to power-level for about 300 levels (and still counting). I was only 1500-ish a few days ago. Now I'm level 1800.
True, the energy requirement is high, but that's nothing if it allows you to level immediately, again and again and again, non-stop. I basically have an infinite pool of energy (until whenever I stop leveling), and have no use for energy packs.

...And after power-leveling 300 times doing Vegas jobs, I suddenly have all the building materials to reach 5-star, and multiple sets of each collection, LOL...and who knows how many Vegas loot. I don't really care about the loot though. They always introduce stronger loot with newer cities. Italy's probably going to have 200+/200+ mastery items.
