BackgroundEdit

Are you ready for some (American) Football? We're down to the final two teams for The Big Game. Will you and your friends have what it takes to win it all? Which team do you think will win it all - the Wisconsin Cheddarheads or Pennsylvania Ironworkers? Pick a team to own (or both if you're ambitious).

Collect 22 helmets for that team (Green Machine helmet or Steel Curtain helmet) to fill the 11 spots for the each Offensive and Defensive Teams. For every 22 helmets you collect for the winning team, you will receive a Victory Ring. You can collect up to 3 sets (1 set = 22 helmets) of helmets for each team for a maximum of 3 Victory Rings for the winning team. (Items names and attack and defense values are tentative)

There is no limit to the number of helmets you can collect up until 3pm PST, Sunday, February 6th. After that time, all uncollected helmets become Mystery Bags. Helmets can be collected via free gifts, wall posts, or purchased for 1 Reward Point each. On Monday, February 7th, players will receive automatically a Victory Ring for every 22 helmets they own for the winning team (up to a maximum of 3 Victory Rings). Zynga 411

Just like in the real football game, you need 11 Offense and 11 Defense to make up a team. Collect 22 of one side and you just got a team! Go to your home page when you are ready to collect and make sure you tell all of your friends. You can do this for each side of each team or wait until you collect the entire team.

There is a rumor that if you have 66 Green Machines and 66 Steel Curtains that you can get 6 Victory Rings if the event ends in a tie. Although it would be stupid to make the event have a tie.

i got the rings but my stat points didnt change, it should of if the attack and defense is 92 88

It will pop up sometime today when you visit the game. mine came up an hour or so ago and i have been seeing others post gradually since then.

if u didnt get the rings just go on live chat support and i got mine in 2 minutes-i have 66 helmets and got 3 rings ( i had all 3/3 so u dnt get 6 rings)

I assume the actual outcome of the game determines which team gets the victory ring, therefore if you own both teams, you can't not get the victory ring. Also, for each team you complete it gives you 22 of each (green machine and steel curtain) in your inventory, which isn't a bad item to have at 45 attack for the former and 45 for the latter).

Personally, and i think for a large number of players, the gifted items are useless as the stats are below whats required to actually get used.

Also note that if you collect 3 teams on one side and get more of that team (or you get all 66) prior to the 7PM deqadline, any others you receive will become Mystery Bags; it has nothing to do with the time.
