Spent about 200,000 energy on the MAKE ARRANGMENTS FOR A VISITING DON jo in NY and got 0 solar panels. I had 100 of them about 2 months ago and used to get them all the time on that same job. What the fuck?

Hi I received the solar panel x1 I also got the below from the car parts ! I believe the reason why i got this is because I kept on fighting as well as do jobs ! As with the below I know its fact that doing jobs or fighting in cuba gives a Cuban Car Part as a loot ! same goes for Bangkok = Thai Car Part It was a random loot drop so just keep on doing jobs and dont wait for it to appear ! Keep playing it will show up eventually :) Its a headache !! I know all to well ! Happy Gaming !

I concur with the 3/13 comment. It took me all of 2 minutes to get a solar panel AND bulletproof glass in NY -- no such luck anywhere else.

Think its NY only, I done more then 1k jobs and 2k fights in moskow, and havent got a single Panel, so who ever wrote the info is wrong.
