Just to be clear. Do I also need to finish the Boss tier also? Or just all of the ones below underboss?

Don't anyone read. When you've mastered the first tier it says u must master them in order starting from street thug to boss. Which is probably y u haven't got the private island yet.

@ReTaRdEd: I don't think it's necessary to finish all tiers consecutively. The first tier I mastered to level 3 was Consigliere, followed by Boss.

Check: 1. Did you finish the other tiers BEFORE the Underboss? 2. If yes, contact Zynga. 3. If not, COMPLETE THEM 1st.
