This appears to be a Russian 6P9 with its silencer. The 6P9 is also known as the Pistolet Besshumnyj (or PM), meaning silenced pistol. It was originally designed by the Soviet army for use by special forces and the KGB. It is based on a heavily modified Makarov PM pistol.
