Has anyone else noticed its incredible similarity to the pair of armored biker boots from the tier 1 war series? It just looks slightly modified to me :/

Lol, what the hell? I google "motorcycle boots" and literally the first image is the one they obviously used for this: http://www.motorcycle-focus.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/racing_boots_motorcycle.jpg
Besides that, boots are a fucking boring Ultimate item, use those for low stat shit.
