This is the fifth region in Italy
Beating the boss masters the whole region, regardless of which path you choose.

There are three possible ways to complete the region:

To the moderators, is it possible to incorporate the loot drops in respective of regions like how it was in the wiki done for las vegas..its easier to look at the possible loot drops from a certain region in the regions wiki itself then looking it under Italy: loots!! pls do take this into consideration and to those who are with me on this, pls reply to it to ensure the moderators can take note!

i am so board in Italy i have Set of Hidden Charges Owned: 472 Cooked Book Owned: 177 and Smart Phones Owned: 287 ready for the next 3 episodes. no more operations to do only the annoying one is TRANSPORT STOLEN URANIUM which i hate the loots in it is so shit and hardly get Grim reaper and the Z17 Micro i have Supercharged El Rey Roadster46 Attack 32 Defense You have: 119,Swamp Camo 48 Attack 27 Defense You have: 129 etc etc take out a rival operation is good mission always pays good with great loot that i can use in fights i just got Reef Shark

not impossible. you can heal in any city without him regenerating health. i've finished this months ago.

Then there is something wrong in MW. I've tried it as well and the bastard regains health within a few minutes.. I was beating him way over half his health and he regenerated to almost full health.. Given what it takes to hit him once, you'd need health of over 3000 to hit fast enough, plus a full set of granades, needles and that stuff..

Just beat him.
The key is to have your downtime (waiting for ability to heal in NYC) while in the Italy fight screen. When you're travelling to NYC, healing, not ighting the boss, etc, he is regenerating. By waiting in Italy, he becomes beatable. Tedious, but beatable.

Thats absolutely correct. Easiest pain free way to win ruby level for napoli and milano.

That's an important note, I've noticed that the boss regenerates if I browse other tabs/windows of MW, such as inventory, other country/city screens, etc. If I leave the boss fight screen open, but have a second mafia wars screen open in another tab, only click on the non-boss fight screen when you think enough time has elapsed for the doctor to heal you, click on the bank to update the screen, close the bank without depositing anything, and your health will be updated. Click 'heal', and select the NYC price, get healed and then immediately go back to the boss fight tab, and attack the boss again. He shouldn't regenerate at all, and you can repeat this over and over until you've defeated the boss.

Worst case senerio. it should not take any more than 100 hits, 400 stamina about about 75 minutes in regeneration time to beat the current ruby bosses. the bosses have been redesigned to work just like a job. the amount of atk has little meaning as i have heard that the different between having 4000 atk has the same effect as someone with 2000. It is just a matter of time and since the henchmen nor the boss are supposed to regenerate until the time is complete, if you don't want to do the job all at once, you can very easily break it up

Zynga just weakened the Ruby boss. it now has 36k hp and its henchmen are easy to kill now.
