It's as previously described. You have to prepare the item five times. It's not really based on servings. The only reason to play Cafe World is for the steel apron. If you notice, the stats on the Frontierville ATV are exactly the same, plus it's a lot easier to earn.

Alright I served the stupid cake 5 times, (actually 6) and got and finally got the invoice. Went to MW got this truck. Went back to Crape World and did it again, 5 more cakes and guess what? NO DAMN INVOICE! Is there something else we have to do? Because it looks like the missions in Frontier World are different each time - collect firewood, remove a stump, etc.

You need to cook and serve triple berry cheesecake (100 servings of it) five times. They really worded ts badly and I couldn't find anywhere that it mentioned the challenge again after the first time it popped up. Weak.
