Stay in Vegas and buy your health back as fast as it will let you ... boring, but it worked for me. Anytime I waited for more than 45 seconds it seemed the boss would regenerate her health. I was so ticked

wow when you do fight her in Vegas its big time damage i was getting 600 in Brazil and in Vegas like 3000 takes awhile but well worth it, jus hope i dont level up and bring her back to full life but it looks good. thanks for the tip

Got these answer from ZYNGA SUPPORT:
" This is R. and I will be glad to assist you today. ... I am sorry to hear about your difficulties presented in the mission Mrs. Maria Rosa: Gold Mastery. I am daily player too and that is why I totally understand you. I would like you to know that I made the proper updates in your account and now you should be able to collect the reward for this Mission.
Allow me to share a tip with you, in order to avoid this situation to happen again. Before fighting a Boss, be sure to have your Health up to 100% of your maximum. Then, open a new tab or window and go to your Mafia Wars game. Go back to the first tab/window and start fighting the Boss. Before your health goes down to 0 move to the second tab/window and go to the hospital so your Health can be restore. Be patient because this can take some time to accomplish but this way you will not give a chance to the Boss to heal and you will be able to defeat him successfully."

I am not sure if it really helps. Think in the past after healing in another window the boss regenerated the health also in front of my eyes.

i just spent an hour killing her she started with 107,000 and i had her down to 4,000 and she regenerated? wtf?!

Whenever I fight one of these guys, all of a sudden, their health is totally restored. Anyone else experiencing this? Why is it happening? Started on Friday.

1. dont change city/town/country 2. dont click the Fight button when your HP is under 20

yes this has happened to me twice today. very annoying. had taken 75% of her health each time. she should be 150% dead now. instead I have to do it again.

man u rock!!, 1 attack in Brazil will lower her health by around 500, in Vegas it's down by 2500!!! THANX!!!

dont ask for help and fight them in vegas...you can kill them in less than 10 min

Her health on Ruby level is 60 times your level. For me its 60*1952=117120. If you level up during your fight you will notice her HP goes up by 60.

Yep, I have noticed this also. The experience values (without bonus) also have specific multipliers. For gold this is 0.75xLevel or 1.25xLevel for bosses. I believe the multipliers increase from bronze to silver to gold to ruby... I've been moving through the missions without having any of the Recife mastery rewards so i know the changes are not related to that. Although i wasn't originally taking notice of the level i was at so can only estimate.

completly wrong ... doesn't regenerate 3 times. finished her in ~60 minutes with no problems at all. you probably just did other things in another mw session which caused her to heal.simply don't change any district or city while fighting a boss.

she regenerates pretty quickly. I just can't beat her on the gold level ( health 60830 ) Can't imagine beating her in the final level.
