how do u get this, i mastered the gold tier and beat the boss and it said u mastered whatever, then i noticed under it, it said u got a harpoon cannon. i looked at my profile and it wasnt there! how do i get it

When i got this after weeks (or months) of piracy, it was the Best weapon. A few days later vegas came and I went mad.

you can get it by mastering the pirate tier in bangkok or from the weapons depot

its a mastery reward and bangkok has 4 levels of mastery and at the last level the jobs have higher energy costs and only 4 percent mastery or less

On the opening day in Facebook, the Weapons Depot was known to also give Harpoon Cannon and Chop Shop common drops including the ATV, Ronin Motorcycle and CM Dragon.

Like it says, it's a Mastery reward of the Pirate Tier. That's in Bangkok. You'll need to complete the section 4 Times, to get this. The Pirate Tier, is the Third Tab, after, "Brawler", and, "Criminal".
Additional: To get to Bangkok, You need Three Items, from New York. You can find One in the Soildier Tier, one in Enforcer Tier, and one in the Hitman Tier. You can identify the Jobs, by the little Elephant Icon, next to the Job Name. (Accessing Bangkok, can be quite difficult, though.).

Getting Zynga to reset a level is hardly a hack lol I would have thought they would let you buy the Harpoon as then they are making money if someone wants 501 of them it would require a lot of paid for RP's

It's true. You can. Some People ask Zynga, to reset the Bars, so that They collect on Loot, that They missed out on. For example: If You Mastered the final Level, in Russia, while supporting the Vory, but You wanted to loot some Stuff, only available to the Mafiya, Zynga might reset it, for You. Although, I'm sure, that if They were aware of People using Them like That, They'd probably stop, being so helpful.
