The Loot drops with 2%. So Vegas High End Loot looks epic....

vegas high end loots are very rare. i got 24 Range Finder Rifles(lootable from both dist 5 and 6), 17 Reinhardt and Ottos, 41 Police Riot Helmets, 26 gold mobiles, 43 Performance Sports Cars, 12 diamondbacks and 35 gilas after completing over 3000 jobs in dist 6.

It was (is?) a district 6 item that was available to put on your wishlists during the Beta phase of Vegas along with other Vegas loot that's no longer giftable. I got some of those items when I got mystery bags that gave wishlist items

well it used to dropped on robbing like some other vegas stuff. right now it seems they removed it from the lootlist - maybe it really was a glitch and zynga released them by accident.

I don't think it is from District 6, since District hasn't been released yet. It still says "coming soon" when you click on it.
