Why are 2 candles equally dangerous as a poison cart gun, and more damaging than a Pipe Bomb? Or a Cup of Tea better than a Bazooka? It's a game, it's not supposed to make perfect sense. Snowballs can outpower a semi-automatic shotgun, a guitar and a soccerball are better than a zombie, hang-glider hurts more than a tank and a parrot can win against a pair of tigers. Dead with it.

You Get it After the Hoover Dam Mission Maybe They are Tunneling stuff Through the Fountain Or Maybe it makes the casino look good that attracts mor guests.

the payout is correct, it starts with 7,000 and increases each level with 6,000

it's 6,000 more each level. The incomes are wrong on the chart 2.5 stars and up.

I just got done upgrading my Slots to 5 Stars and I thought I was gonna get -the 5-Star Casino Tycoon achievement, and then I noticed this FOUNTAIN! Gosh, I thought I was done with all that suffering!

But if you didn't get the achievement before the fountain was released then even though it says "60/60" or higher you don't get the achievement until the fountain is fully-upgraded as well
