    ok this just strikes as more and more bullshit... I've NEVER had either Mexico OR Manhattan available to even look at let alone complete.......... I'm getting seriously pissed off with Zynga taking the mick and doing everything in an inconsiderate and stupid manner, removing cities, sharing some districts with everyone, and others with a small number. The mastery drops don't seem to work either, done the first three tiers of Bangkok and only ONE of the items has dropped.

    The more I play and the more I see of the conniving, money grabbing attitude with not giving a shit about the loyal players pisses me off, and is edging me towards no longer playing...... Which I would be disappointed to do, as it has been a fun one bringing people together

    sort it out zynga :(

      not 1/10,but more then 1/100 in new york maximum payout in 1 job is 57,500,000 but in manhattan maximum payout is only 182,140 that why i love new york :)

    Well those of us with Manhattan get screwed in Cuba cuz you need three items looted in NY to complete Manhattan doesnt have the Federal agents or Private Jet Loot to complete the last teir in Cuba So Manhattan is nothing to be happy about. I want the old NY back

    I thought defeating the boss at ruby level would be so easy. He only has 5,000 health and since me and my friends were able to defeat a 9,000 San Juan boss using only 5 stun guns each it was going to be a breeze right? Not quite...this boss is tough. If you use a stun gun to freeze the boss your second stun gun won't have any effect. You have to use a third stun gun and although it works after using the fifth stun gun and then attacking the boss some how he hurts you back when you attack him although he is suppose to be frozen. Looks like I will have to call more than 5 friends next time. Hmm, still have not received any info regarding my 100% reduction on my energy regeneration timer.

      I almost stopped playing when i blew 220 energy without looting a single camera, finally got 1 went to do the job and it was only 99 percent mastered Oh don't even get me started on jobs u have do 20 times

    Getting the Silver Mastery only gives you a 50% reduction on the energy timer. However, it still takes 4:10 for me to regenerate one energy point.

    You get 2 mafia members for completing each job in district 8. With the 10 mafia members you get from the Daily Take you will have enough to complete the second job assuming that your mafia in not already greater than 75. Good luck!

    I'm on district 8. how does the 100% reduction in energy time work? half of 250 is 125 and 100% of 125 is 0. so does this mean that you get unlimited energy? then how does 200% energy reduction time work? do you get energy that you not spent yet?

      I just finished level 7. I expect to complete the next level in time for a free upgrade this weekend on my Mega Casino. I already fully upgraded my weapon depot, chop shop, and armory. It's tough being the leader of my mafia, but it really works well whenever I "ask" for something and they obediently follow through.

      As for the 100% reduction in energy time I don't know how to answer. Common sense says that if something is reduced from lets say 1 hour to 0 hours that there is no more waiting for energy. As for the 200% reduction in energy time it boggles my mind. But if you read carefully it really says then you will get double the energy of normal.

    This should be the second to last city for like a 'return to New York' kind of deal game for the level players in the multi-thousands; then Zynga should release Mexico for a sub set like Mumbai or Paris layout as an unlocked city for completing all the jobs.
