got this thing shortly after district 7 came out and its still is my top armor at ruby im going to miss it cause the di rossis assassin but im going to wait till the very end of the cities to finally trump it :'(

I am just wondering why i did not get the Experimental Exosuit after defeating "Boss: Defeat Dr. Hank Williams" at the end of District 7 in Tier 4... This is so frustrating!!! can you explain it and how can i get it back. I owned it when i reach tier 2. For 3 & 4 it was gone. HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???

When you are an energy player like me, do it with granades and shivs. I had no chance to beat his bodyguards (also not using 10 stuns). It took me about 4 hours and aprox. 80 shivs and 80 granades. Make sure to level on time!

if you give yourself health from other window...it will regenerate his health...dont do this...i guess

I mastered the ruby level (District 7) BUT my stats from the experimental exosuit are only: att: 185 def:106 (like the gold mastery)

Okay, I got no answer last time, what is the purpose of the combined stats being shown, what does that have to do with the gameplay? Or is it just for people who can't add?

it's used to determine the item strength when in use in tournaments, because tournament uses combined attack and defense of top 501 items + top 501 mafia members, capped off by the required mafia members who can participate according to weight class. In short, it's a tournament thing...

the tourny thing is bull.
combined strength ALWAYS is the important stat. It is what is added to get your total attack or defense strength. which items are picked to make up that strength is determined by only the ATK or DEF attribute, but to re-iterate this: the combined value is then added to your total ATK or DEF pool.
this is why a 40/35 weapon is still better than 50/10

how do you defeat it in gold mastery? it is very hard. he has two backups that can not be defeated. They consume about 6 stun gun. :(

All u nubs already going for ruby on this. Did it ever occur to you to milk the first tier low energy jobs to get the new vegas loots? This is how I have 450ish rienhardts and I already have 40+ ballistas
