this was my first mastery with cuba and i got this shit.....my level is 149 and i have got plenty of better uncommon vehicles stronger then this.thats it i am done with cuba.......gonna finish italy or vegas now,and come back to cuba when they decided to improve cuban rewards strength.

why would they increase cuban items, this was the second city available so at that time it was stronger since moscow, bangkok, las vegas, italy and atlantic city werent available. they will never change the stats from old items they only thing you'd gain will be skill points lots of skill points

letdown........spent 2 weeks finishing the tier to get this garbage and spent 2 days finishing a vegas tier to get the motorcycle, shades, suit, heavy weapons

Agreed. The mastery items with well over a 100 stats is insane. Going too fast, making these city rewards trivial.
