it is not giftable keep fighting as many people as u can and post the stash requests and u will get one but they ONLY drop occasionally

high stat animal loots are VERY rare ur better off buying banded kraits and xiamen tigers at the bangkok faction store

bomb suits arent that rare the cougar is rarer because i got 1 cougar and 7 bomb suits
