If you search for climbing you will see all these 3 items have different att/deff. I have no idea what happened here, thought blue climbing gear is some mistake but today I got it from friend and it appears in my inventory and in profile page. I am more confused about British Officer's Sword cause it looks identical like set of night vision goggles.

It is buyable. But it has the same exact picture as Climbing Harness.

No, the previous poster is correct. You cannot buy it, I just checked if they might've changed it, but it's still unbuyable.

if you can't buy it, try follow this path: las vegas > inventory > city store > armor > last on the list (wrong image, though. it has same image that climbing HARNESS has... confusing) i have 48 of them, you need them in later jobs of vegas
