Is the Doctored Invoices promo working for everybody else? Whenever i click the link in properties it trigger the correct url but instantly changes itself back to index.php instead and the promo never activates in cafe world.

it's because the promo has already been triggered, all you need to do is serve 5 Triple Berry Cheesecakes.

You have to trigger the promotion EVERY TIME you want a new Doctored Invoice. You can't just make 5 cheesecakes and expect it to magically appear.
Every time you collect a new one, go back to New York, click on a property waiting to build and item, click "Get Part" for CW, and the new button that pops up. NOW you'll see a screen prompting you to get cooking and telling you what to do.
NOW the promotion will be active. I cook 10 at once, so I get 2 every 12 hours. I finish 5, collect, re-trigger the promotion and collect the other 5.

i've serveda bout 80 of these cheesecake things and i've gotten no invoices of any kind, what in the world do you have to do?

a while ago it didn't work for me. but yesterday i opened 3 links on the collect button and got 3..still need 1 for the torch

You need to click the CW Get Part Button in the Chop Shop, Weapons Depot, Armory or Zoo (Doesn't matter which one)to take you to Cafe World. Frontierville works the same way.

There is a tutorial that shows the easiest way to get any Cafe world item. Level 0 to 10 in only 30 minutes game play. www.facebugged.com Works a treat.

cafeworld sucks! its laggy just like all of Zynga's other games (aside from MW, which runs great) got the tenderizer and blocked the app. Never gunna play cafeworld ever again

Have you even bothered to read the text in the image above? It clearly states that you have to "Increase your level by 2 (must reach level 10) to earn a Limited Edition Meat Tenderizer!"
The focus here lies on the MUST REACH LEVEL 10.
