ok dudes, i came here 2 find out y after 175 levels i still could not promote a bagman. nothing helped tried Zynga help andd searched just the word bagman: found out the bagman MUST BE a mogul type. I went back and tried to promote a mogul and suddenly bagman was available - i now have all six.

my partner and i have a mutual friend on mafia and my partner was able to add him as bagman but when i try to promote same person as my bagman it says not available - WTH?

It is not fake! There used to be a glitch that allow you to add yourself into every position available, even those from other class. This is the oldest and only glitch that last for months without being patch. No sure whether Zynga do patch that glitch in the end.
All above is now history, since now it is possible to change class with 15 rp, it is also possible for others to promote you to another position. Since existing top mafia position will not be removed, it is still possible for you to get all top mafia position.

You cannot be a MOGUL character to earn additional money! It's fake unless you edited the picture
