Do you have to complete both sides of the job tiers in order to get to ruby level and fight boss? Or can I complete the ruby level of Energy and get the to the Exosuit?

I believe that they changed it so it's now beat the boss, master the level regardless of which path you take.

this and hoover dam are the best places to go for ruby mastery first because the foo fighters, bighorns, hopped up thugs, pronghorns, ballista missile launchers drop more often as ur mastery goes up

make sure you complete ALL the jobs. unlike italy, I think Vegas still need all the jobs done before you finish the tier.

Very easy to defeat Boss: Defeat Dr. Hank Williams at Ruby Level
Just follow these steps
1. Please make sure that your Casino is minimum 5 Star, if not please don't try the ruby level boss as you'll be wasting your time to fetch consumables. 2. Its easy defeating him same as Italy boss. 3. The best part is that you will never need to spend RP's for refill or fetch for consumables. 4. Remember point 1. 5. Have enough stamina, I mean even less than 50 Stamina for me... You can take him out without using any consumables.
I wanted to use some consumables only for the boss I used 5 Stuns and he's dead.
I hope try to use this tactic for Dist 3,5 & 7 Ruby level Boss...

How to defeat Defeat Dr. Hank Williams?
Its damn simple...Follow these steps..
1. Make sure your Casino is 5 Star else don't fight and waste your time here. 2. Good this is that you dont need consumables or you need not waste RP's on refill to beat him, you can beat ruby lvl boss without them. 3. Remember Point no.1 4. You can take him down as you do it for Italy Boss.
Just cleared it it hardly took 4 mins for me

The bosses have changed again. I just fought this boss for Ruby level. He had 3000 HP and 2 henchmen. You can only use 1 consumable per attack, so you can't continuously use items like Shivs or Grenades.

this is so fuckin confusing. he always regenrates even when i use shiv/gren or stun. tried now for over 1 hour and gave up. wasted all the energy and stamina but this prick always regenrated his fukin health.

Its possible. just done it ruby mastered. I just realized that every time i came back to fight henchman again i have done damage to boss as well. But i have spent 3x full energy( 2500), energy pack , game bar bonus and have bought 2 times energy refill for farming consumables again and that all wasnt enough to refill all 10 of all consumables. But its worth it cause i dnt think u can come back next day to fight and that boss stats would be the same cause you have timer how long u can fight ( 3 hours were for me). Ahh im happy its done :)

my exosuit has the same stats on silver and gold, i thought that i've have not seen good and now i read here that is bug on ruby 2. and how to beat the boss on ruby level? every time i got back his henchman regenerated and it says u can fight for 1 hour more so how can u guys come next day to fight again and his stats were the same? ok i will see it tomorrow lol

When I fight Ruby level Dr. Hank Williams I can only use 1 consumable, then have to attack before I can use another making this virtually Impossible, since I only get 4 unstunned attacks before I am dead! Any advice? I've tried 3 times after regenerating all my consumables after each attempt...

thats the truth i 'm trying now for 2 hours to beat him but no way. I just realized that before u have health at least 600 and all consumables u cnt beat him. But thats something new or? I've never had problems with boss fights till now and i'm on my way to give up till i got my health bigger what is for me waste of time. any suggestions guys?

I had not noticed the change, however i think what has happened is that Zynga have fixed the display to now include your mastermind bonus. Previously Las Vegas jobs did not show xp values with the bonus applied, and were adding it during the job processing (so when you did the job the xp gained showed up as a different value than it said you would get).
I don't have the time to go through all the Las Vegas pages and recalculate the xp values at the moment, but you can give it a shot if you like. The formula for max mastermind bonus is BaseXP + 11% (rounded). You need only edit the xp values in the page as the ratio is calculated by the template.

Karmkula it was before like stash the take supposed to give 171 xp but it was giving 188 xp before with mastermind bonus but now it only gives 171 making xp 2.08. but my question was about the last two districts. They give diffrent xp than whats mentioned here.
